I am going to be on TV! ABC Prime Time Live on September 1. How exciting, no? Other than that, I have been resting more than working on the boat (or the website obviously - though I am trying out a new look). I am just having fun enjoying summer here in Florida, hoping hurricanes pass me by this year. I have given up on going north for the summer, but am now hoping to head down the islands come December. Planning to make landfall in Puerto Rico for Christmas. Though you know me, the wind might take me practically anywhere!

Saw Brain Brown a couple weeks ago in Orlando. Was great fun catching up on old times. Brian is looking to be the next owner of Maru, I can't think of anyone I would rather take her to sea. He doesn't seem to mind the idea of a lot of elbow grease and paint. Me, I'm getting too old for that. I just want to sail...
